I've reverted your additions because they deleted accurate cited text and replaced it with many primary sources. Please have a look at WP:MEDRS and WP:MEDMOS for guidance in editing medical articles on Wikipedia, which should rely on secondary reviews rather than primary studies. MEDRS is the page that describes sourcing standards for medical articles on Wikipedia, and MEDMOS describes the sections typically used for medical articles (your edits breached both). Also, with PANDAS, care must be taken not to introduce POV with the use of primary sources, particularly if they disagree with secondary reviews that have been vetted by independent peer review. With a controversial and contested topic like PANDAS, while you are learning Wikipedia policies and guidelines, it may be more effective to first discuss your proposed edits and the sources they are based on (so others can guide you to high quality secondary reviews and how to write neutrally) at Talk:PANDAS. I see you continue to add primary sources to the article: this page may help you understand where to find secondary sources and how to add PMIDs to the citations so you can check for reviews versus case and primry studies. Also, please review WP:3RR and be aware of the importance of discussing proposed additions on talk. If you continue to add text based on primary sources once it's been removed, you could be blocked.
